Do girls have better imaginations than boys? Let's find out in this science project! We'll ask 20 male and 20 female art students to draw a picture from their imagination and then compare the results.
Hypothesis
The hypothesis is that female participants are better at producing drawings from their imagination.
Method & Materials
You will assemble 40 art students in a classroom, give them each a piece of drawing paper and a pencil, and ask them to draw a picture from their imagination. After two hours, the drawings will be collected and graded by an art teacher.
You will need 20 male art students, 20 female art students, 40 pieces of drawing paper, 40 pencils, and a classroom.
Results
The results showed that female art students produced better drawings from their imagination than male art students.
