Zolder
The Circuit Zolder is a 2.622-mile motorsport race track in Zolder , Belgium.
Built in the 1960s, Zolder hosted the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix on 10 separate occassions in the 1970s and 1980s. Unfortunately, Zolder is probably best remembered as the place Gilles Villeneuve lost his life during qualifying at the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix.
Now, Zolder hosts a round of the German touring car championship, as well as some Formula 3 races.
