Rota, Spain
A tourist town in southwestern Spain, Rota is also the location of a US military base, including Navy, Marine and Air Force units. It is also the entrance point of US Naval Vessels entering the Med. Rota is located on the Atlantic Coast aproximately half way between Portugal and Gibraltar . It lies across the bay from Cadiz, on the Bay of Cadiz.
