Representation

In mathematics, a group representation is a way of viewing a group in some more concrete way.
Knowledge representation is a search for formal ways to describe knowledge presented in informal terms (a prerequisite for its handling as computation).
In object-oriented programming, representation is the logical meaning of an object.
