Pressure release valve
Pressure Release Valves, also known as one way valves, allow CO2 produced by fresh coffee to escape and at the same time prevent the oxygen from entering into the bag. Therefore, keeping the coffee fresher for a longer period of time. Many companies that offer fresh roasted coffee use bags with pressure release valves.
