Plymouth-Dakar Challenge
The Plymouth-Dakar Challenge is a car race for charity. The entrants must be driving a car worth approximately £100. The challenge is to get the car not to Dakar but further down the North West Coast of Africa to Banjul in Gambia where the cars are auctioned for, or donated to, charity.
