Marianna Csörnyei

Marianna Csörnyei (born in Budapest on October 8, 1975) is a Hungarian mathematician. She works in real analysis, geometric measure theory, geometric nonlinear functional analysis. She proved the equivalence of the zero measure notions of infinite dimensional Banach spaces.
She graduated from Eötvös University in 1999 and is now a professor at the Mathematical Department of the University College London. She won the 2002 Whitehead Prize and the Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award that same year.
