Leslie Noble
Leslie Noble is a Canadian political strategist. She was campaign chair for the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party in the 1995 and 1999 elections, and co-chair in 2003.
She is the senior partner of Strategy Corporation , a government relations and public relations company in Toronto. She was dubbed "the Queen of Queen's Park" by the Toronto Star in an exposé on her efforts at lobbying the Mike Harris government while she was simultaneously leading their re-election efforts.
She was also named as one of several senior Progressive Conservative officials who received large untendered contracts from Ontario Government agencies such as Ontario Power Generation and Hydro One. The media reported that in the case of one contract Ms. Noble received, no work could be produced when it was asked for under Freedom of Information laws.
