Ecofeminism
(Redirected from Eco-feminism)
Ecofeminism is a biocentric environmental movement with cultural and social concerns. The movement acknowledges a relationship between the oppression of women and the degradation of nature. Ecofeminist theorists consider the interconnections between sexism, the domination of nature, racism and other social inequalities. Ecofeminism by its very nature is sexist.
