Problem to be Solved:
Can people tell the difference in the taste between regular and low fat foods?
Hypothesis:
I believe people can taste the difference because the ingredients are changed therefore it alters the taste as well.
Procedure:
I will test five boys and 5 girls, all in the same age range, with various fat and low-fat foods.
I will measure if they think it is low fat or regular and if an aftertaste was detected.
Variables:
Fat and low-fat versions of each of the following from the same manufacturer:
Nilla wafers, ice cream, brownies, potato chips, graham crackers, and vanilla pudding.
Results:
Conclusion:
My hypothesis was correct. People can tell the difference between some fat and low fat foods.
Biblical Application:
The woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise. Genesis 2:6 This verse means the foods God make are better for you because they are nature made and not made by a factory, but we sometimes dont know that they are made by a factory and they turn out being bad for you because we cant tell the difference.
